  123. information about your books including subjects (key words),
  124. descriptions, cost, value, location--even allows you to track books that
  125. you have lent out to friends.  Enter book information in an extremely
  126. easy and straight forward fashion including the following items: Book
  127. Type, Category, Personal Rating, Location, Title, Author, Publisher,
  128. Year Published, Cost, Value, ISBN, Date Purchased, Where Purchased,
  129. Volume, Issue, Edition, number of pages, catalog number, key words,
  130. checkout, checkout date, checkout person and Description.  Modify the
  131. Category, Personal Rating and location lists to your personal liking.
  132. Advanced search facility gives you the ability to search on Title,
  133. Author, Publisher, Year Published, Where Purchased, ISBN, Category, Key
  134. Words, Description, Location, Book Type,  Checkout Status and Personal
  135. Rating.  Create 1 line, 2 line or multi-line reports sorted by Title,
  136. Author, Category, Location, Book Type or Personal Rating.  Reports can
  137. be narrowed down to one Category, Book Type, Location or Personal
  138. Rating.  View Reports on screen or print to Printer.

  142. Each program contains a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a
  143. spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements.  The viewer will
  144. grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to
  145. your personal preference.  Select only those database elements that you
  146. plan on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer.  Specify
  147. the order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each
  148. element.  Advanced search options places items matching search criteria
  149. into the Viewer.  Ascii delimited import/export operations are available
  150. with complete configurability on which items and in which order to
  151. import or export.  Limit exports to only those items found in a search.
  152. Configure the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or
  153. for specific windows.  DESIGN your own reports!  Add as many report
  154. layouts as you like. Select either a 90 column report for large legible
  155. reports or a 120 column report to pack as much information on the page
  156. as possible.  Each database element can be spread out over a maximum of
  157. 12 lines.  Place labels, blanks and database items where you want them
  158. to be.  Allocate the desired space for the labels, blanks and database
  159. items.  Optionally add up to 3 header lines to appear on each page.
  160. Optionally place totals which will appear after each report group and at
  161. the end of the report.  Optionally place page numbers on each page.  For
  162. one line reports (columns of data), optionally choose to have automatic
  163. column headers placed on the report. Choose from among any True Type
  164. font that is on your system.  View reports on screen or send to printer
  165. or ascii file.  Print one page or entire report.
